No_English_No_Money?

One day, i was wondering, does English-toungue-oriented cover up everything ? Nowadays, we especially student are being stressed with this communication skills issue..before, i was also stuck in a great worry because here in UIA we really being stressed on that thing as one of the most important (and can be considered as a main benchmark ) skill in dealing with the real world. in my humble opinion (ecehh..) , i dont think so. after few deep wise-man-think, i discover that not all successful men on earth know english well.even there are few of my lecturers that doesnt speak english so good, but still become the student idols and perform well in their work..What happen today is most companies is searching and concentrating on this particular skills, and neglecting other 6 important skills. During the interview , if we talk so-broken-english, for sure we will be rejected,.it seem to be everything..people are composed of few different elements.those who speak english well not necessarily perform during their work, and vice versa. so, for me it is a sad attempt for a company to search only for golden-toungued-people but put aside golden-hearted-people. The best way is to access them and test them in every aspect of the soft skills, not only one interview will reveal your total inner-side, but do judge them in few tests or give them a real-world task to complete.And you'll find the best-man-win not necessarily sweet-man-talk.so, it is up to you.. cakap jelah melayu pon, tokpun kecek klate jah, kalo hang uat kijo baguih orang rrrresspect jugok!!
